C'est un endroit fantastique pour séjourner. L'emplacement est excellent, la vue depuis le balcon est superbe, et l'appartement semblait en fait plus grand que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Cependant, il y a eu quelques problèmes qui étaient totalement hors du contrôle d'Oleksii, mais qui restent tout de même compliqués. Premièrement, les deux piscines ne fonctionnaient pas et semblaient ne pas l'avoir été depuis un certain temps, ce qui était vraiment décevant. Vous pouvez toujours vous asseoir autour des piscines dans les magnifiques jardins, mais vous ne pourrez pas nager. Je comprends cependant que des travaux sont prévus prochainement pour les réparer. Deuxièmement, un immense immeuble d'appartements est en construction juste derrière cet appartement. Les trois chambres donnent sur le chantier, et les ouvriers travaillent six jours par semaine. Ils commencent tôt le matin et travaillent toute la journée. C'est bruyant la plupart du temps, et parfois c'est vraiment très fort. Si vous vous levez tôt et que vous êtes dehors toute la journée, cela ne posera aucun problème, mais sinon, cela peut parfois être difficile. This is a fantastic place to stay. The location is great, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the apartment actually felt bigger than I was expecting. However, there were a couple of issues which were completely out of Oleksii's control, but challenging none the less. Firstly, both swimming pools were not working, and looked like they haven't been for sometime, which was really disappointing. You are still able to sit around the pools in the beautiful gardens, just not be able to swim. I understand however, that work is due to happen to repair them shortly. Secondly, there is a huge apartment block being built direct behind this apartment. All three bedrooms are facing the building site, and the builders are working six days a week. They start early in the morning and work all day. It's noisy most of the time, and on occasion it is really loud. If you are up early and out all day long then it won't be a problem at all, but if not, then it can be difficult at times.

Cet endroit est très proche du boulevard monumental animé, qui attire de nombreux voyageurs, restaurants et plus encore, mais une fois de retour à l'intérieur, c'est très calme. Surtout lorsqu'on s'assoit dehors sur le grand balcon. Nous avons eu besoin de l'aide de l'hôte à quelques reprises et le temps de réponse a été excellent. this place is so close to the busy monumental Boulevard which has a lot of Travellers, restaurants and more, but once you get back in it's very quiet. Especially sitting outside on the large balcony. We needed help from the host and few times and response time was excellent.

Nous avons déjà séjourné dans le même immeuble, dans deux appartements différents auparavant. Cet appartement était de loin supérieur... Mobilier minimaliste et œuvres murales, mais de grande qualité et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'appartement comprenait deux types de machines à café avec capsules, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un store télécommandé qui couvrait le vaste et confortable coin salon du balcon. Soleil toute la journée. Aucun bruit de la route, seulement le bruit de la mer accompagné du chant des oiseaux du jardin... Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour votre séjour... Accès facile à pied à des centaines de restaurants et supermarchés. Excellentes recommandations de la part des propriétaires... Oh, et des vues à couper le souffle... Nous avons été tellement ravis de notre séjour de deux semaines que nous réserverons à nouveau plus tard dans l'année si Olexii veut bien nous accueillir encore !! We have stayed in the same building, in two different apartments previously. This apartment was far superior... Minimal furniture and wall art but of high standard and very tastefully decorated. The apartment included two types of coffee machines with coffee capsules, full kitchen facilities, remote control awning which covered the ample and comfortable balcony seating. All day sun. No road noise only sea noise backed up with garden bird noises.. Everything you would need for your stay.. Easy walking access to hundreds of restaurants and supermarkets. Great recommendations from the owners....Oh and Stunning views... So pleased were we with our two week stay, we will be reserving again later in the year if Olexii will have us to stay again !!

L'appartement est magnifique, absolument propre et bien équipé. Vous aviez tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans un foyer : lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, tous les ustensiles de cuisine ainsi que l'équipement de base (sel, huile d'olive, sucre, torchons, capsules pour le lave-vaisselle et la machine à laver, etc.) et surtout une machine à café Nespresso (avec quelques capsules). La vue depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps. Mon seul regret est qu'on ne pouvait pas profiter du panorama assis sur le mobilier du balcon, car la rambarde bloquait la vue. Sinon, cela aurait été l'endroit parfait. Il y a une place de parking au sous-sol appartenant à l'appartement. L'emplacement est super : beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins à proximité. Le centre de Funchal est facilement accessible en bus en 15 minutes. Encore une chose : lisez le "Livre d'accueil" détaillé que l'hôte vous envoie, il contient toutes les informations importantes concernant l'arrivée et le séjour. Je reviendrais ici sans hésiter la prochaine fois ! The apartment is beautiful, absolutely clean and well-equipped. You had everyhing you need in a household: dishwasher, washing machine, all the kitchen utensils plus the basic equipment (salt, olive oil, sugar, kitchen towels, capsule for dishwasher and washing mashine, etc.) and most of all a Nespresso coffee machine (with a few capsules). The view from the balcony is stunning, we spent a lot of time there. My only regret was you couldn't enjoy the panorama sitting on the balcony furniture, because the railing blocked the view. That would have been the perfect spot otherwise. There is a parking space in the basement belonging to the apartment. The location is super: lots of restaurants, shops around. The center of Funchal can be easily reached by bus in 15 minutes. One more thing: read the detailed "Guest book" the Host send you, it contains all the important things about arrival and stay. Definitely would stay here next time as well!

Oleksii a été très agréable à contacter et l'appartement était charmant, situé dans un excellent emplacement dans le quartier du Lido. L'accès à la piscine était également très appréciable et la vue est superbe. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir ! Oleksii was great to deal with and the apartment was lovely and in a great location in the Lido area. Access to the pool was also really nice and the view is great. Would come again!
